  • Serving of Magikal Medicine Tea with Guided Meditation
  • Invocation and Opening Prayer
  • Guided Yoga, Qi Gong & Breathwork practice

  • Connecting to the Creator within YOU through Art Therapy:  painting, drawing/illustration, coloring, creative free form writing, sculpting, channeling
  • Invitation to share your Offering:  Art, Music, Poetry, Stories

  • Sacred Movement/Dance Medicine & Witnessing
  • Integration, Exploration and Healing
