Dr. Jonathan Star Hawk
Dr. Jonathan Lenahan also known as Star Hawk is a second-generation Acupuncturist and Practitioner of Chinese Medicine. In combining his background in Acupuncture, Shamanic Healing and Plant Medicine - Jonathan created his healing arts practice, AcuShaman. From 2015 to 2019, Jonathan worked as a Ayurvedic Healing Arts Practitioner at the Chopra Center where he refined his skills as a master body worker and energy practitioner. In his early 20's he began his initiation into shamanism through the practice of sweat lodge, vision quests, shamanic journeying and plant medicine. Dr. Jonathan Star Hawk facilitates yoga, qi gong and plant medicine ceremonies throughout the San Diego area. He also utilizes Nutritional Response Testing for customized nutritional and herbal programs for his patients. Underlying his practice is the belief that our health and well being are intimately connected to the relationship we have with ourselves, Mother Nature and the Great Mystery of this Universe.
