4 Online ZOOM Calls:
- Our first call will be on Day 1, Sunday, August 9th at 6pm PST.
- 2nd call will be on Day 8, Sunday, August 16th at 6pm PST.
- 3rd call will be on Day 16, Sunday, August 23rd at 6pm PST.
- 4th and final call will be on Day 22, August 30th at 6pm PST.
Please mark these dates on your calendars & try your best to come and show up! Remeber these calls are for YOU, having eachother to help hold each other accoutable as well as share our experiences can make the difference between an ordinary or extraodinary experience!

This is where we will meet for the next 4 Sundays at 6pm for our check in's with one another and teaching calls with Dr.Jonathan Lenahan during this program:

Group guidelines for the next 21 days:
- In general, a mostly plant-based diet
- Eat Fruits, Vegetables & Salads
- Drink Water, preferably warmed and with lemon!
- No Alcohol, Caffeine or other miscellaneous drugs
- No refined sugars & limited carbohydrates - no breads, baked goods or chips.
- Mashed or Baked potatoes and quinoa is ok
- Gluten Free granola is ok
- No Dairy or Cheese
- No Fried Food
- Practice Intermittent Fasting, only eating during 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm
- No Meats
- Nuts are great!
- Vegetable & Bean Soups are great!
- Bone broth is super!
- 1 Innercise and 1 Exercise per day! Ex. Meditation, Yoga, Qi gong, Tai Chi, Journaling, Morning Mindset practice or ritual and Running, Nature walks, Cardio Classes, Ab workouts etc...
- Limit entertainment such as movies, TV, news etc.. to 1 hour per day. Instead read that book you've been wanting to start or finish, learn a new language, play an instrument, watch educational classes or videos, play some board/card games, or learn a new food recipe!
- Unless you are going for Super Hero Status you are not expected to "have" to do all of the above guidelines. Please customize this list (add or subtract) so that it is in your own way do-able for YOU!
Things you need to do before Day 1, August 9th!
- Join our FB group, "21 Day Healing Yourself Challenge!": https://www.facebook.com/groups/623531515158263/
- Post video of YOUR "Manifesto" or "Declaration" on what YOU have decided to let go of & bring into your life during this challenge on the FB group page. You can also post a picture of yourself and write out what guidelines you will be commiting to for the next 21 days!
- Clean out Pantry and Fridge of items you have decided to take out of your diet & stock up on healthy food items so you have things to eat on Day 1!
